We Never Look Up is a blog that recently published a picture series of people focused on their mobile phones in public spaces. I found it quite nice because it does show how our use of mobile technologies obviously changes our behavior in public spaces: We Never Look Up and we never meet new people any more… One could argue that this is what public space is made for. Although that’s a very controversial thing I do agree that public space has facilitated meeting new people and this has changed since mobile technologies are used extensively in public spaces.
However, I’m still wondering where the photos on this website are taken. Really nice photography for future use, hopefully!
(they’ve changed the site this afternoon, but maybe it will come back? However, the link works!)
